Welcome to our retro toasters website. We've assembled a number of suppliers for a variety of types of retro toasters and differing brands of retro toasters and toasters of all kinds and we are sure that within these pages you will find just the toaster you are looking for.

Just a little background to our site. We had a perfectly functioning brushed aluminium toaster and I was amazed when my wife decided that she no longer liked what to me was a perfectly functional and nice enough looking two slice toaster. Now my wife has excellent taste when it comes to decorating our home and filling it with nice things, all of which "go" just right with the room they are in. Best of all, she has a great eye for a bargain and always seems to know exactly what she wants. This (I believe and no offence intended) is a rare quality in a woman and one of the characteristics I love about her. (One of many I have to say!)

Anyway, we have a largely cream kitchen with marble worktops and it seems the brushed aluminium look was not acceptable a day longer. My wife embarked on a search to find just the toaster she was looking for, along with matching kettle and bread bin! As there are usually four of us at home it made sense to look for a 4 (four) slice toaster to replace our 2 slice model.

It occurred to us that it would have helped us enormously, had someone had the foresight to put together a site detailing some of the best brands and styles of toasters, to make our search a little less arduous. Here's the result. Very much work in progress, but I am a great believer in putting something "out there" regardless of whether it is quite perfect or not and then improving as time allows.
